PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

LX Lab London aims to process all ‘in stock’ items within 1 working day of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is an approximation. Orders are only processed for delivery on UK working days (Monday to Friday, exc. bank holidays).


Orders received after 12 noon on Friday may not be processed before the following Tuesday. Standard UK delivery will use Hermes tracked (or similar) untracked postage.  LX Lab London reserves the right to use your contact
details as required by Hermes (or similar) including but not limited to email, phone number and shipping address given upon order processing.


We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given however, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry. We will not be able to ship to any premises that require a signature,
this may include PO Boxes.

 

For International deliveries they may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including VAT and any additional cost of delivery payable and detailed at checkout. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.


Credit and Debit cards are debited at the time you place your order on. Displayed prices exclude relevant tax and shipping. These will be added during the checkout process, where any applicable discounts will also be applied. The full price of your order will be displayed before you complete the credit card transaction.


Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in and dispatched from the United Kingdom. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the Site.

We endeavour to make the products you ordered arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service please contact us, with full details, as soon as possible.  We will gladly discuss an exchange or issue a full refund to the original purchase method for any unopened and unworn merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in mint condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage and packing charges will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights. 


We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. Please contact them directly to arrange your return or exchange subject to their own terms and conditions.

To return any items, please get in touch with us via the contact us page prior to sending the item/s.

You will need to obtain proof of posting when returning items as we will not be able to process any refund or initiate a replacement if the product is lost in the post.
